Shipping Policy

At Sew Donna, I take great care when sending your precious keepsakes. However, once parcels are handed to the courier or postal service, they are outside of my control.

  • Customers are responsible for the safe delivery of clothing to me. I recommend using a tracked and signed-for service when sending items.

  • Finished keepsakes are always returned using a trusted postal or courier service. Tracking details will be provided where possible.

  • Sew Donna cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party postal or courier services.

  • Delivery times may vary and are only estimates.

  • I use Royal Mail tracked 48 hour

The Ordering Process

Step One – Choosing Your Clothing
Start by gathering the special clothes you’d like transformed into your keepsake.

  • Memory Bears / Cats & Dogs from baby clothing: around 6 items

  • Memory Bears / Cats & Dogs from adult clothing: 3-4 items

  • Memory Unicorns & Ponies: around 6 items​

Step Two – How to Order

  • Add to basket 

  • Add a name or date if required

  • Email me with any further requests or call to chat about how you would like your keepsake to look

  • ​

Step Three – Sending Your Clothing
Carefully post your clothing to me, including a note with your name and any special instructions. If you’re local, a drop-off option is also available.
Once your order is placed, I’ll email you confirmation with all the details you need to send your items safely.

When Your Clothing Arrives
I’ll send you a message to let you know your items have arrived safely.

Creating Your Keepsake
Your fabrics will be carefully prepared, lined, and stabilised to make them strong and long-lasting. If you’d like certain fabrics or details placed in a particular way, simply include your request in your note.
Once complete, your keepsake will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked for peace of mind and safe delivery.
