Refunds are not available for custom or personalised items, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can resolve the issue for you.

If an item is damaged in transit, I may ask for photos so I can raise this with the courier.
I take the utmost care with every keepsake, and I am always happy to discuss your ideas and requirements before starting to ensure you are fully happy with your order.
